  This happened in 2009 but I am still angry. Picked up my widowed mom, went to pick up cremains of my dad an hour and a half before the scheduled funeral at Ft. CUSTER, and the door was locked. Had to wait for someone to come from Battle Creek to open the door, we arrived at Ft custer late, no chance to line up, or visit. Caused severe stress, I will never go back.
